The Job Search widget works well in both the sidebar and full-width widget areas. The layout automatically adjusts based on its placement.
These are not the jobs available natively in your platform; instead, these jobs are powered by Lightcast.
Customization Options

| Title | Title displayed above the widget content. Defaults to “Featured Jobs” |
| Header text | Text displayed below the title and above the content |
| Footer text | Text displayed below the content |
| Number of posts | Defaults to 6 |
| Filter by | Career Clusters (Categories) or Pathways (Subcategories); one or the other, not both |
| Career Clusters (Categories) | Multi-select; leave empty for “Auto (Current Community or All)” |
| Pathways (Subcategories) | Multi-select grouped by cluster; leave empty for “Auto (Current Community or All)” |
