The Jobs & Events widget works well in the sidebar, limited-width, and full-width widget areas. The layout automatically adjusts based on its placement.
Customization Options
| Setting | Notes |

| Title | Title displayed above the widget content. Defaults to “Featured Jobs” |
| Header text | Text displayed below the title and above the content |
| Footer text | Text displayed below the content |
| View | “Employers” or “Jobs”; toggles which of the settings below apply |
| Only display employers with active jobs | Employers view only |
| Only display sponsors | Employers view only |
| Employer Category | Employers view only |
| Sort by | Jobs view only. “Date Published” or “Expiration Date (Soonest First)” |
| Max. number of items | Between 1 and 20 |

| Communities (Shared Category) | Show only jobs/employers tagged to specific communities, or Auto |
| Button Text | Defaults to “See All Jobs” |
